The zip-file includes a VS2008 project with all source code, documentation and an example feature that instanciates an announcement list with 4 announcements. When the feature is activated, the list is created and an event receiver applies a security template on the site and the list.
A ready-to-deploy wsp is located in the root folder.
This code does NOT support FBA-solutions. I have new code for this and I'll upload it when I have the time. It also has other improved features, like extracting user information (e.g. name) from the AD when adding users.
